Our Story
Stropharia Mushroom Farm (SMF) is located in Naples, Florida, and opened in October 2020. SMF grows specialty mushrooms indoors year-round in high-tech farming facilities with air, temperature, and humidity-controlled growing rooms. We produce oyster mushrooms, lion’s mane, chestnut mushrooms, king trumpets, pioppino mushrooms, and more! Our mushrooms are consistently top quality of fresh mushrooms.
This is a 100% sustainable farm utilizing agricultural by-products to produce fresh gourmet mushrooms and organic compost for our local land farmers. Nothing going to waste! We opened up a storefront where you can come purchase fresh mushrooms during the week along with our other products! We are capable of producing NON-GMO fresh and natural mushrooms year-round. Our mushrooms are 100% born and raised in Naples, Florida.
